People are not the only ones who experience motion sickness; dogs can also get sick from car rides. If your pooch tends to vomit during long car rides, avoid feeding him right before you leave. Also, try rolling down the window to give your dog some fresh air.

If your dog has been vomiting, take his food and water away and allow him to rest for a while. Observe your dog for the next 24 hours and see if his condition improves.
